When you place an order from our website, you will be taken to a secure server where you will fill out our online order form. Next, you will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. After you complete the questionnaire, your order will be submitted for processing and you will then see a confirmation page.

A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request. If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to our pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

All the information that we collect on the order form (i.e.. email address, credit card numbers) is used solely to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used for billing. Medical information is used by our medical staff to approve or decline orders for specific medications. We do not share any of your information with any other third parties

Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to our pharmacy for fulfillment. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order processed. Shipping is free for orders over $150. All other orders pay an $18 shipping charge. All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Monday thru Friday orders received by 3:00 PM will normally ship the same day. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
